WHAT IS UV400 PROTECTION?

UV400 protection is a lens feature that blocks 100% of ultraviolet (UV) rays, including UVA (315-400 nm) and UVB (280-315 nm) radiation. This ensures that no harmful UV rays can pass through the lenses, helping to protect your eyes from long-term damage

ARE YOUR SUNGLASSES POLARIZED?

Yes, many of our sunglasses feature polarized lenses, which reduce glare from reflective surfaces like water, roads, and snow. 

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN YOUR SUNGLASSES?

Our sunglasses are made from high-quality materials such as acetate, TR90, and stainless steel for durability and comfort. The lenses are crafted with polycarbonate or CR-39, offering excellent impact resistance, clarity, and UV protection.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the sunglasses as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the process.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HOW TO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
